- Initiated and developed a technology and intellectual property portfolio of bio-based products for Bio-Polymer Technologies, Ltd. which was sold to Avril Group, France.

- Developed and patented novel chemistries for many different industries including, polymers, adhesives, coatings, personal care products, and medical devices

- Hired to lead numerous strategic technical and business development initiatives aimed at developing new products, increasing efficiency, solving problems and reducing costs for a variety of client companies

- Founder of a successful contract R&D and consulting company and a business partner in a technology development and licensing company

- Managed and lead the technical group of a major portfolio segment, valued at over $100 million, for a major chemical manufacturer

- Recognized leader in the science and technology of adhesives, polymers, biopolymers and material characterization; authored over 30 peer reviewed publications, 6 patents and 7 patents pending.
