Biography:  Sandra L Bihary Waltz, Greenville, DE, who is completing her DBA (Doctorate of Business Administration) degree at Wilmington University, is a BSN and MSN degree holder with more than 30 years' work at senior levels in Pharma Regulatory Affairs. She is a Consulting Expert with Expert-Nation.com Global Expert Network, formerly known to many as CECON.com.

She has worked in senior program levels at AstraZeneca and GlaxoSmithKline in the Greater Philadelphia area, at Japanese keiretsu Otsuka in Princeton, NJ, and for BARDA, the US Government’s Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, the Center for Disease Control and the FDA. Her career focus is on the development of medical countermeasures, principally against bioterrorism, including chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear threats, as well as pandemic influenza and emerging diseases, like COVID19.

Sandi is a native of Pittsburgh, PA, where she was honored 3 years ago as a Carlow Laureate by her alma mater, Carlow University, for lifetime and career achievements. She has been a Delawarean for about 40 years, where she worked for almost a decade in clinical health care before entering the pharma industry.

She presently is employed full time by PRA Health Sciences, a Durham, NC-based publicly traded global consultancy which positions itself as “a global healthcare intelligence partner with everything you need to take your assets from concept to compound to cure.”
